Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. Orders placed before 23:00 Amsterdam time, ship the same day.
Please note that during launches, sales or busy periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside of the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes days that a parcel is available at a collection point.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items that are returned too late or not in the right condition will be returned to the customer. The customer has to pay for the shipping fee again.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can email us at: info@seishikistudio.com.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear without hygiene sticker, underwear, earrings (for sanitary reasons) and custom made products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Free gifts with purchase
Please note that if an item is free with orders over a certain amount, if after a return the order is less than the amount required to spend to get the gift, the gift needs to be returned. If the gift is not returned, the original price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
