How to return?

To start a return, you can go to our return policy on the site and follow the link. Please read our return policy before starting your return.

Can't make a label?

Are you trying to make a return label and the system can't find your order? There are two most common causes. The first is forgetting to follow the format described on the page, please make sure you put the # in front of your order number. The second reason the system may be unable to find your return, is because our 14 day return policy has passed. Our system automatically starts counting for 14 days as soon as your package is marked as delivered.

Return exceptions?

To make sure that our policy is fair for everyone, we cannot make any exceptions in our return policy. If the 14 days since your package was delivered has passed, there is nothing we can do. This is not because we don't want to help you, but because we can't decide which customers get an exception and who doesn't. We hope you understand.

Returning several orders

The way our system works is that when you generate a label for your return, this can be scanned by our warehouse staff to see which items are meant to be inside the package. Because of this, a return label needs to be made for every order separately. We understand this is inconvenient, but several orders cannot be returned in one package. 

How long do returns take?

From the moment we receive your return, it can take up to two weeks for us to process and refund your money. Please note that contacting our customer service team will  not speed up this process. 

Klarna and returns

Please note that we do not have any insight in your klarna account etc. We cannot mark your order as returned for you. If you need help with klarna, please reach out to them directly.

Faulty items?

If you received an item that you are not satisfied with, please send us your order number, the name of the item and a photo within a few days of receiving your order. This way we can help you the fastest.

Sizing assistance

Not sure which size to order? We do our best to provide information on the fit of our items in the description and in our size ranges. If you still aren’t sure, you can always reach out to our team via chat, they are ready to help you decide. 

Info we need

In order to be able to help you quickly and efficiently, we always ask you to include your order number and the name of the item/photos of the issue when you contact us. That way we have everything we need to help :)
