Order before 23:00 (Amsterdam time) on a working day and your order leaves our studio the same day. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Delivery times are working days after your parcel leaves the studio. They are the estimates our carriers (PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx) publish for each country, not a guarantee. The exact shipping price and options are shown at checkout.

During launches, sales and holidays, and for islands and remote areas, delivery can take a little longer. With Budbee, your 14-day return window starts on the day the parcel is ready for pickup.
Customs and import fees
Inside the EU: no customs fees. Our prices include VAT.
Outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia): your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are paid by you and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging.
- Start your return in our return portal. All return labels are bought there and paid by you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within two weeks after your return arrives at our warehouse. Want a different size? Return the item and place a new order, that's the fastest way. Read the full return policy.
